The Northville Township Firefighters Charity Fund is proud to announce our newest partnership with Make-A-Wish Michigan, an organization dedicated to bringing hope, strength, and joy to children facing critical illnesses.
Recently, our members had the privilege of attending what we hope will be the first of many events with Make-A-Wish Michigan. During the event, we were honored to meet Ethan, a local young man with a passion for cooking and culinary arts.
Thanks to the incredible team at Schoolcraft College’s Culinary Arts program, Ethan enjoyed a hands-on experience that brought him one step closer to his dream. He had the opportunity to learn how to prepare one of his favorite dishes, Beef Wellington, while working alongside experienced culinary professionals. One of the highlights of the evening was a live cooking demonstration, during which Ethan’s favorite meal was prepared and shared with the audience.
We are excited to follow Ethan’s journey and look forward to the day his cooking-themed wish becomes a reality.
